Project information stays project information.

Warre & Vavasour Ltd collects only the information needed to scope, supply, administer, and improve the Directive 079 Development Screen.

Information collected

Stripe collects payment, billing, tax, customer, organization, phone, and project-identification information during checkout. Warre & Vavasour receives transaction details but does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. We may also collect your contact details, AOI geometry, legal land description, site plans, project description, supporting files, communications, and service feedback.

How information is used

Information is used to confirm scope, complete the requested screen, communicate with the customer, issue invoices and receipts, protect the service from abuse, maintain an engagement record, and comply with applicable legal and tax obligations. Customer AOIs and supplied documents are not sold.

Service providers

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Cloudflare may deliver the website and related security services. Email and document providers may process project communications and files. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and access

Project uploads and final deliverables are normally retained for up to 180 days after delivery unless a different period is agreed or legal and accounting requirements require longer retention. Access is limited to Warre & Vavasour personnel and service providers who need it for the engagement.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of project information, subject to legal, accounting, and legitimate business-record requirements. Send requests to christian@warreandvavasour.com.
